Registration may be canceled/refunded according to the following timeline/process: Written notice of request for cancellation must be sent to [email protected] no later than 11:59pm (CST) on February 15, 2024, for a full refund (100%). Written cancellation requests received between February 15 and February 19, 2024 (11:59pm CST), will have 50% of registration fees canceled/refunded. There will be no cancellation/refund eligibility after February 19, 2024. Registrations resulting in a “no show” will also not be eligible for cancellation/refund. Payment of any remaining balance for cancellations made after February 15 is expected as invoiced. Eligible refunds will be paid within 30 days of event completion.
